M2E REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- M2E follows a two-week return policy, which means the purchased items should be returned within the period of 2-weeks from the date of purchase. When returning, all purchased products that need to be exchanged must be in their original packaging along with the original M2E sales receipt.
- The purchased product should be in its original condition as it was received, i.e., unused or unworn, with tags. We will not process the exchange request if the purchase receipt is missing.
- Repairs of the merchandise damaged due to wear and tear will only be entertained upon management’s discretion within the span of 14 days from the time of purchase. Please note that the management holds the right to evaluate the condition and age of the returned items before offering an exchange or repair (terms and conditions apply).
- We may exchange faulty/defective products with identical items of the same value upon the customer’s request and at our discretion.
- Sale items or gift cards will not be accepted on return requests from customers.
- All the returns will be dealt from the dropshipper. The customer shall bear the shipping costs of returning the purchased items to the dropshipper unless the product does not meet the description mentioned on the website or is damaged.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to initiate a return process. If the return request is accepted from our end, we will forward the instructions regarding the process and destination of returning the package. Please note that goods sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. You may lose your refund entitlement if you open up a dispute or a chargeback without contacting us.
- In case of a return, after receiving the package from the customer’s end, M2E’s management will inspect the returned order and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If your refund request is approved, your purchased item amount will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

It is requested to inspect your package upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the items within the box are found damaged, defective or if you received the different/wrong product. Then, we can assess the problem and work on it to make it right.
